Piedmont grew up around the Saluda River and the old cotton mill that gave the town its name, and while the mill is long gone, that same sense of a close-knit, working community has carried through into the neighborhoods that have grown up along the river in the decades since. It’s one of the steadier sources of patients for Joi Med, and a lot of them tell us the same thing: they wanted a provider who felt like part of the community, not a corporate chain med spa.
